List your company or serviceSetting up your vendor profile

To get started with a vendor profile, you must first register at Claimsdex.com by going here.

Once you are registered, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains your user name, password and link back to Claimsdex.com. You will want to save or print this e-mail to keep for future use.

Registration is simple and free. To finish your registration and set up your vendor profile, click on 'My Claimsdex' from the top menu bar. You will be asked to log in and begin your setting up your profile.

Follow the 4 steps to complete your profile and that's it! Your profile will be submitted for approval and will display your company name on the home page. Your company name will also be a link to your profile

Promote with Banner ads and Press ReleasesSubmitting a Press Release

To set up a press release which all visitors to Claimsdex.com will be able to read, click on "Compete with banner ads and press releases".

Make sure you are logged in, by clicking on 'My Claimsdex' from the top menu bar. Your account page will load.

Click on "Issue a Press Release"

Fill in the headline and body of your release. You may also optionally add a link to any pertinent website address, as well as your contact name and number.

Your press release will be submitted for approval and will display on the home page, under "New Press Releases" in the left hand column.

Tips for best readability:

  • Avoid pasting your press release from a Microsoft Word document, unless you can be sure there is no formatting whatsoever, such as bullets, etc.

  • To force paragraphs in your press release, instead of hitting [Enter] twice, it is ecommended that you type <p> where you wish to start a new paragraph.

  • If you want to insert a link to a website in your release, you may do so. Here is the correct syntax for a hyperlink:

    <a href="http://www.YourWebsiteAddressHere.com">Site Title Here</a>

Promote with Banner ads and Press ReleasesPosting a Job/Employment Ad

To post a job/employment ad which all visitors to Claimsdex.com will be able to read and registered users can apply directly to, follow the steps below.

Make sure you are logged in, go back to the home page, and click on
"Collaborate - Find a job, List a Job"

Fill in the required details and choose your state and job listing expiration date. You may also optionally choose to display your contact phone and fax and numbers.

Your job posting will be submitted for approval and will display on the home page, under "Current Jobs" in the lower part of the middle column.

Finding a vendor or service

To do a search for a vendor or service, all you need to do is scroll to 'Find a Vendor" on the home page.

To narrow your search by region, choose the state you wish to search in, by clicking on the State list, selecting the state and then hit the 'GO' button. The home page reloads, with the new state list showing. Next, choose the category for which you wish to search.

To view all company listings for the chosen state, click on 'View More"
